WoW Pilot is useful not only for standard class logic, but also for unusual builds on major private and custom servers.
Where to start
To create and test a rotation, download WoW Pilot and select Wow.exe in Settings. The app creates the addon in the game folder automatically. The addon is updated again when combat mode starts. If this is the first addon generation, restart the game.
Basic rotation workflow
- Select a class.
- Click New rotation.
- Add actions in priority order. Higher items are more important.
- Configure conditions for each item by double-clicking it or selecting it and clicking Edit.
- Test the rotation in game.
Why it helps on custom servers
Servers like Project Ascension, Warmane, Sirus, WoW Circle, and similar projects often add extra abilities, effects, and unusual combinations. Standard ready-made solutions quickly hit limits there.
WoW Pilot helps when you need your own logic:
- you can build rotations around your own priorities;
- you can adapt actions to modified abilities;
- you can support several scenarios for the same class.
Practical tip
Do not try to build a large rotation all at once. Move in iterations:
- first create the basic combat cycle;
- then add defensive abilities;
- then add extra conditions and fine tuning.
This makes errors easier to find and helps you understand which logic block needs adjustment.
